Yes, life jackets are provided for all passengers. They do not need to be worn during normal operation but must be easily accessible and worn in case of emergency.

Reckless behavior, ignoring the captain’s instructions, or violating safety protocols may result in immediate termination of the rental with no refund.

If weather conditions are deemed unsafe, we will offer a rental credit credit available for the rest of the season.
