Security Deposit

  • A $500 security deposit (EMT or Credit/Debit Card) is required for every rental.

  • Provided no damage is found during the post-rental inspection, the hold is released the same day.

​

  • Note: Clients are not responsible for incidents caused by the captain’s navigation.

Weather & Cancellations

  • Cancellation requests made :​

    • 72 hours (3 days) before departure : 100 % refund​

    • 24-72 hours before departure : credit valid for 31 days

    • Less than 24 hours before departure : No refund or credit

​

  • Exception: If adverse weather on your rental date makes operation unsafe or impossible, you’ll receive a full-season credit.
